Initiating a Return

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

       The item remains unused and in its original condition

       All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included

       The return shipment is postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order

       An insured, trackable shipping method is used for the return

To begin your return, please reach out to us at cs@vellatini.com or through our contact page. Please use the subject line "Return Request – Vellatini" and include the following:

       Your order confirmation or proof of purchase

       A clear photograph of the package

Return Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been reviewed and completed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, including gift cards if applicable.

We strongly recommend contacting our support team prior to shipping any return to confirm eligibility for a refund or exchange. Items returned without prior approval that do not meet our requirements will not qualify for a refund. In such cases, we will notify you via email with further instructions.

Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Not Received?

If your refund has not yet appeared, we recommend the following steps:

1.    Verify your bank account for the pending credit

2.    Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary

3.    Reach out to your bank regarding their processing timeline

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@vellatini.com and we will assist you promptly.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

We sincerely apologize if you received an item that is defective, incorrect, or arrived damaged. We are committed to resolving this matter immediately.

We will ship a complimentary replacement to your address within 4–6 business days at no additional cost to you.

5.    A photograph or video of the affected item (if applicable)

6.    Your complete delivery address

7.    A contact phone number

Visual documentation may be required in certain cases to process your refund or replacement.
