The product was okay but not to my liking. I sent the product back. I spent $66 to mail it back due to the fact that they do not provide return labels. I have emailed Vellatini multiple times. I have the tracking information which shows the item arrived at their facility 12 days ago. I have been waiting for 12 days for a refund. The customer service is extremely poor.

What a disappointment! Looks so much better in the pictures. The actual bag looks cheaply made. The gold hardware looks cheap, and the straps seem shorter than what’s shown in the pictures. Overall, a letdown!
Beautiful soft leather. This size is very ample. The straps instantly convert into a backpack. Customer service is excellent from this company.
Not the best quality leather (sus) and it smells like glue and cheap chemicals, even with the scented sachets it came with.
Misleading pictures. Structure is rigid, the strap is quite short. Poorly constructed.
The leather is not great at all and one of the snaps on the side of the bag already broke and I’ve only used the bag 3 times. Very cheap quality
I like the bag a lot, the only drawback for me was I found it extremely difficult if not impossible to zip it. I wish it had a snap instead of a zipper. If it had a better closure system, I would keep it. The leather was nice and the design was clever, but I need easier in and out access.

A bit disappointed with this purchase, I read in one of the reviews that this bag had a trouble with the zipper. So I reached up before my purchase and I asked about my concern with the zipper they got back to me and assured me that if it was a problem, it would be handled. I’ve sent three emails with no response and a bag that has trouble zipping up less than a month from my purchase. Which was the whole point of me buying this bag. Will someone please get back to me for an exchange as promised ?
Love the suede and color. Happy with the quality as well. The bottom part could be a little less stiff . Customer service was great . Overall good experience

I am in awe of this bag! I was looking for a quality “mom bag” that was larger, but not too large, and that was cute & trendy & this bag is all of that & more. I really can’t love it anymore. It’s perfect for what I need it for and it’s great quality & the fact you can switch it to backpack mode is top tier!
