All Vellatini handbags and accessories ship from the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. The following holidays are excluded: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Please note: During promotional events, product launches, and peak holiday seasons, processing may require the full 1–2 business day timeframe due to increased order volume.
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your delivery preferences:
Standard Shipping
• Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Rate: $12.99 + $5.00 for each additional item
Express Shipping
• Delivery: 2–3 business days
• Rate: $17.99 + $6.00 for each additional item
Service Limitation: At this time, we are unable to ship to U.S. Military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
A confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent for each item in your order. Please allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking information is not immediately available, this indicates the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking details will populate once the package has been scanned into the carrier's system.
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender," or is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will notify you via email. Upon receipt of the returned package, our team will process a refund for the order subtotal.
Important: Refunds will not be issued until the package has been received at our facility. Please allow 2–8 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been initiated.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Vellatini is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additionally, if you contact the carrier to redirect or forward your package after shipment, we cannot be held responsible for packages that become lost, stolen, or damaged as a result.
Promotional Period Notice: During promotional events, orders returned due to incomplete addresses or packages that are refused will be refunded less the original shipping and handling charges.
If the postal service confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will gladly replace and reship your order or issue a full refund. Please contact us at cs@vellatini.com and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Occasionally, delivery status may be updated prematurely, showing "delivered" before the package has actually arrived. If this occurs, we recommend waiting 24–48 hours, as the package may still be in transit. For further assistance, please contact us at cs@vellatini.com.
