By far the best part is the convertible handle design; being able to change it into a backpack carry on my shoulders is a total game-changer that no other bag does.
My only critique is that the zipper isn't quite as smooth as I'd expect from other brands at this level.

Feels good. Zipper is cheap construction and not really easy to close or open.

Just received this bag and it’s nicer than anticipated. I would have liked it to be a little bigger but that’s because I like extra large totes. Honestly it’s a beautiful bag.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the customer service experience.

The bag I received was significantly different in color from the product photos shown on the website. This was not a minor difference caused by lighting or screen settings. The actual item looked noticeably different from what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, I received generic explanations rather than a prompt solution. The response process has been slow, and I am still waiting for updates regarding my return request.

Customers make purchasing decisions based on the photos and descriptions provided by the seller. In my experience, the product did not match those expectations, and the handling of the issue has been frustrating.

I hope the company improves both product representation and customer service in the future.

Spacious, beautiful leather.

The leather quality was disappointing. It felt rough and stiff rather than soft or supple, and it lacked the rich, glossy finish shown in the photos. The item was also significantly bulkier than expected, making it impractical for everyday use.

The return process made things even worse. Not only was I responsible for return shipping, but the company also deducted the original shipping cost, leaving me out over $50 for a product I didn’t keep.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience from both a product and customer service standpoint. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

Difficult customer service- not responding to return initatied same say of receiving the item. Too slouchy not enough structure for me.
